Procurement of Audio Visual Hardware The National Army Museum (the Museum) is currently undergoing a major redevelopment which includes a new approach to delivering its product to visitors. The project will see a radical transformation of the Museum's offer for onsite audiences. The project - Building for the Future - will act as the principal agent to deliver this new approach.

The Museum wishes to work with suppliers of Audio Visual and ICT hardware in procuring the equipment to be installed in new public gallery spaces as part of the Building for the Future project. Suppliers are requested to provide prices for all or any of the lots outlined in the attached documentation.

Provision of Learning Suite Furniture The National Army Museum (the Museum) is looking to appoint one supplier to procure all the furniture for the Foyle Centre, its new learning facility.

The order will be purchased in early January 2017 with items delivered on site the first week in March 2017.

The Museum is currently completing a major re-development project called Building for the Future. Representing a once-in-a-generation opportunity for the Museum, the project will see the wholesale transformation of the Museum building, galleries, archive, learning, retail and café facilities and visitor services as well as radical change in every area of the Museum's work underpinned by a new brand and ethos. The Museum is re-opening in Spring 2017.

Provision of Cafe Seating The National Army Museum (the Museum) is looking to appoint one supplier to procure the furniture for its new Cafe, one of the public spaces at the front of the new Museum.

The order will be purchased in early January 2017 with items delivered on site the first week in March 2017.

The order will be purchased in early January 2017 with items delivered on site the first week in March 2017.

Supply of Flatware for Cafe The National Army Museum (the Museum) is looking to appoint one supplier to procure all the flatware for its new Cafe. The Museum is re-opening in Spring 2017.

The items will be purchased in early January 2017, but will need to be stored by the supplier. The Museum will take delivery in early February 2017.

Supply of Play Base Furniture The National Army Museum (the Museum) is looking to appoint one supplier to procure all the furniture for its children's Party Room (Play Base), an event space adjacent to the soft play area. The space will be used to host birthday parties and represents an important revenue stream for Commercial.

The items will be purchased in January 2017. The Museum will take delivery in mid February 2017, so if necessary, items will need to be stored by the supplier.
