Terms & Conditions for Ticket Sales

Last updated: 15 November 2016

Admittance to NAM Evening Series events is by pre-booking. No actual tickets will be issued but names of attendees are included on a guest list. If an event is not fully booked, available places will be sold at the door.

Any event is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. In these circumstances the Management will offer an alternative performance or refund. In all other circumstances all bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond NAM's control, NAM will only refund the face value of the ticket. We will use our best endeavours to contact ticket holders either by their phone, email or address details provided at purchase.

Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and NAM cannot guarantee that they will be able to inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time or venue.

NAM reserves the right to refuse admission to the premises and to require any attendee to leave the premises. Attendees in possession of audio or video recording equipment and cameras will be refused entry.

NAM will not be liable for refunds in any way if an event or performance is abandoned after half of the event has taken place, due to factors beyond the NAM’s control. This includes Acts of God, power failure and flooding.

Mobile phones, pagers and watches must be silenced before entering the event.

Attendees must ensure that all personal belongings are kept with them at all times; NAM will not accept responsibility for loss of possessions on the premises.

While NAM is closed to the public, Evening Series events take place at the Army & Navy Club, 36-39 Pall Mall London SW1Y 5JN and start at 7.00pm, unless otherwise stated on the events listing.

For those booking dinner, service will begin at 6.00pm. Please note, the Army & Navy Club operates a strict formal dress code of collar, tie and jacket for gentlemen, and a tailored suit or dress and jacket for ladies for all diners.

The Army & Navy Club’s dress code for those not attending dinner is smart. Ripped jeans, sportswear and flip-flops are not permitted and entry will be refused with no refund.
