Specialist lectures and presentations can be booked for college and university groups both from the UK and overseas.

The content of sessions is arranged in consultation with group tutors. We can focus on particular conflicts, from Agincourt to Afghanistan; or broader explorations of subjects such as the Army and the British Empire.

We can also organise lectures on:

  • Art History
  • Fashion
  • Women's Studies
  • Leadership
  • Medicine
  • Museum Studies
  • Heritage Management

Primary evidence research

Our Templer Study Centre is now accessible to students aged 16 and above. Take advantage of the opportunity to explore in depth the campaigns, personalities, and social history of Britain’s Army, and to draw upon the expertise of Study Centre curatorial staff.

To access the Templer Study Centre's collections of regimental and campaign histories, archives, photographs, prints and drawings, students should bring with them some means of identification, such as a passport or a driving license.
