New Kids' Zone

Kids' Zone Rules

The following rules apply to all users of the Kids’ Zone, including birthday parties, to ensure all our visitors have an enjoyable experience in a clean, fun and safe space. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. In case of a problem please contact the area supervisor.

Please DO:

  • Encourage children to use the toilet at the start of their visit.
  • Wash hands before starting activities.
  • Fold your buggy if requested by the area supervisor.
  • Take shoes off in the play area. Socks must be worn at all times.
  • Remove money, jewellery, straps and sharp items from clothes before playing.
  • Leave the Kids' Zone tidy for other users.

Please DON'T:

  • Eat or drink in the play area.
  • Bring children in who are unwell.

The National Army Museum values the welfare of all its employees and will not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse of them.

The National Army Museum reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave the Kids' Zone at any time. Bullying, fighting or inappropriate behaviour are not acceptable.
