On Monday 18 July 2011 the National Army Museum introduced a paid admission scheme for the Kids’ Zone. The following terms and conditions aim to explain the new scheme clearly.
Tickets for a particular session are subject to availability and will be sold online up to three days in advance or allocated on a first-come, first-served basis from the Museum's Welcome Desk on the day of the session.
Tickets are priced £2.50 per child aged 6 months to 8 years. Tickets are free for children under 6 months. Booking fees may apply. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
A maximum of six tickets per session can be issued to one adult.
Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
Tickets must be handed to the attendant on entry to the Kids' Zone.
Children aged 9 or over cannot use the Kids' Zone.
The Kids' Zone maximum child capacity is 30 children aged 8 or under.
There is no limit to the number of adults accompanying a child into the Kids' Zone, as long as the total Kids' Zone capacity is not exceeded.
No refunds or discounts will be given for those attending part of a session.
NAM reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice.
