War Horse fans eagerly anticipating the film’s nationwide launch this weekend can get up close with some of its original costumes and props when they go on public display for the first time at the National Army Museum this week.

Costumes worn by Benedict Cumberbatch, Jeremy Irvine and Tom Hiddleston have been kindly loaned by the production team at DreamWorks and will form part of the new War Horse: Fact & Fiction exhibition.
New items going on display include the Dorsetshire Regiment uniform worn by British actor Jeremy Irvine, who plays Joey’s beloved owner Albert, and the costume and replica wrist compass worn by Benedict Cumberbatch in his role as Major Jamie Stewart.
You will be able to see the items on display in the exhibition from 12 January 2012.

We are eagerly anticipating “WAR HORSE” in Melbourne at the end of this year. The film was just sensational. I cannot verbalise the impact of such a story.
I also saw the documantary on the stage production on television here. WOW!!! Can’t wait to see it on stage.
