About the Picture Library

The National Army Museum’s collection comprises of a large number of items dating back to the very origins of the British Army. The Picture Library is able to offer a service that enables you to purchase images of items for personal enjoyment, study and publication. We can provide copies of most photographs, archives, works of art and photos of badges, uniforms and equipment.

If you would like to know what we can offer please fill out an enquiry form with as much detail as possible, and email it to us. We will respond to your enquiry within twenty working days.

In some cases we will unfortunately be unable to provide copies or photographs. Some items may be unavailable for photography due to access and conservation. The museum must also have the legal right to offer a copy and complies fully with copyright laws (please see copyright section in our terms and conditions for further details).
