Meet soldiers from the past
Our events use actor-interpreters in the roles of characters from the past, to bring history to life.
Bring your whole family
All family events offer activities for different age ranges, although some event weekends are related to school programmes of study, and are consequently very useful for particular age groups.
Check our website
Our events programme is subject to change, but our website always has the latest information.
Family Event Weekends
The Museum’s event weekends take different themes – sometimes a particular conflict, sometimes across centuries – which help us to explore the past through imagination.
