Put yourself in the shoes of a Second World War child evacuee and discover the steps they took to escape the bombing raids of the German Luftwaffe.
This BSL-led workshop will explore the things they brought with them on their long journey to the safety of the countryside, as well as the experiences they had when they got there.
This is a British Sign Language-led workshop with interpretation for hearing families. All are welcome. Drop in at any time between 12.00pm and 4.00pm.
Family drop-in activities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
This workshop is free to attend and suitable for children aged 5+. All children participating must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
