Heroic Headwear

Get inspired by the images in our ‘Myth and Reality’ exhibition, then create your own piece of iconic headwear at our military hat-making workshop.

Join us this summer as we explore some of the heroic headwear worn by Victorian soldiers as they travelled the world.

Learn how hats helped soldiers to keep on top of the elements and make your very own piece of headwear to take home with you in this family friendly creative workshop.

• Family drop-in activities are available on a first come, first served basis.
