Use sleuthing skills to discover the stories revealed in our Second World War time capsules. Delivered in partnership with the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

Are you a history detective?

In this cross-site session between the Royal Hospital Chelsea and the National Army Museum, learners are presented with a range of recently unearthed time-capsules and challenged to work out from their contents, when the objects were deposited in the ground.

Following the time-capsule exploration, learners will get the chance to look at a range of Second World War handling objects, before exploring the museum and the Royal Hospital grounds.

This session is 60 minutes long.
