Ticket purchases will be confirmed via email and an e-ticket issued. Printed tickets will not be available.
There may be a limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased online in a single transaction.
No refunds or discounts will be given for a whole or partial event not attended.
Tickets are non-transferable.
The Museum has placed specific Covid-19 safety measures in place, we ask that all visitors adhere to these. Safety Measures include:
One Way System throughout the museum, with social distancing and increased cleaning.
limited and staggered entry using pre-booked tickets
face coverings to be worn, in line with Government guidelines
Please follow government advice when planning a visit to the Museum. If you or any of your household have any of the recognised symptoms of Covid-19, please do not visit the Museum. Instead, re-plan your visit for a time when it is safe for you to do so.
Family Activities running as part of our public programme have a limited capacity and allow for social distancing. Venues and seating are cleaned between events. In addition, the presenter will be wearing a visor and socially distanced from participants. Any audience participation and interactivity will also allow for social distancing and any equipment will be cleaned after use.
Please do not socialise with anyone outside your household/bubble during your visit
The National Army Museum has the right to:
Cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances outside of its control. In these circumstances a full refund will be issued to the ticket holder.
Refuse entry to the event if it is deemed that the ticket holder is not meeting the terms and conditions.
Ask anyone to leave that event, if the terms and conditions are not being adhered to.
