Codebreaker Challenge

Map of Germany from the Cold War era showing zones of occupation
Can you crack the code, save the secrets and stop the Cold War from getting hot?

Soldiers, we need your help! The General has gone missing and no-one knows the combination to unlock his safe. Inside are important documents regarding the current threat from the Soviets, along with our defensive plans. If we don’t get these to Headquarters soon, who knows what might happen!

Can you follow the clues and crack the code? Explore our ‘Foe to Friend’ exhibition with our Codebreaker Challenge.

Collect your pack from the officer on duty and see if you can beat the clock in this interactive family activity. Packs will be available to collect from 10.30am to 11.00am.
