First World War
Health and Medicine
In this 20-minute session, meet a curator and learn about military medicine during the First World War.
Sessions take place at 11.00am and 2.30pm and are suitable for all ages.
The First World War (1914-18) was the first truly global conflict. The fighting took place on land, at sea and - for the first time - in the air.
"First time @NAM_London today. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought the presentation & interpretation made the subject accessible..."
