Explore the power of robots to solve challenges for the Army. Get hands-on testing out your coding skills.

Are you up for the challenge?

Explore the value of robots to the Army and the different uses they have, before working in small teams to complete Army-based missions using block coding and Dash robots.

Learners will develop their skills in computational thinking, and use logical reasoning to create algorithms including sequencing and selection.

This session is 60 minutes long and includes:

  • Hands-on coding
  • Maths skills including probability, and measuring lengths and angles 
  • Problem solving
  • Group discussion
  • Team working
  • Historic photographs 
  • Gallery visit and trails (optional)
