Giant games for little soldiers: Second World War edition

Giant games for little soldiers
Step inside our life-size board game at this year's Chelsea History Festival and battle it out to see who wins.

Join us at the Chelsea History Festival this October. Take on our family-friendly tasks and complete Second World War-themed challenges to be the first over the finish line.

Throw the giant dice and see where you land. Can you scramble through a cargo net? How fast can you solve the big jigsaw puzzle? How many tricky trivia questions can you answer?

Plus, get hands on with objects from our collection and learn more about the Second World War from the perspective of 'official war poster artist' Abram Games, the subject of our special exhibition.

Sessions run at the following times:

  • 11am - 11.30am
  • 12pm - 12.30pm
  • 1pm - 1.30pm
  • 2.30pm - 3pm
  • 3.30pm - 4pm

Family activities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

"First time @NAM_London today. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought the presentation & interpretation made the subject accessible..."
